JBF mayo free Tuna Salad
- 10 oz Tuna
- 2 stalk (small (5″ long) Celery)
- 1 fruit Avocados
- 2 medium Egg
- 4 medium (4-1/8″ long Scallions)
- 2 medium (3-3/4″ long Pickles)
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings

- 1. boil eggs, chop all ingredients and add to a bowl …..can add more or less hummus to desired consistency .
- 2. can change tuna out for chicken or salmon …..
- 3. eat with organic plantain chips, flourless grain free bread , or cucumber
