JBF BREADLESS HAMBURGERS
- 32 oz Beef (grass-fed)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia Tomatoes)
- 1 medium (2-1/2″ dia Onions)
- 100 grams Lettuce
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 8 servings
- Step 1
- 1) PUT GROUND BEEF INTO A MEDIUM BOWL , ADD TURMERIC, SALT, PEPPER BLEND TOGETHER AND FORM PATTIES. PUT PATTIES IN A SKILLET ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT AND COOK TO HOW YOU PREFER. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND PUT ON PLATE.
- 2) SLICE ONION AND TOMATOES. PUT ON PLATE .
- 3) BUILD YOUR HAMBURGER IN YOUR LETTUCE WRAPS AND ADD DESIRED TOPPINGS ..
