JBF BREADLESS HAMBURGERS

  • 32 oz Beef (grass-fed)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia Tomatoes)
  • 1 medium (2-1/2″ dia Onions)
  • 100 grams Lettuce
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 8 servings
  2. Step 1
  3. 1) PUT GROUND BEEF INTO A MEDIUM BOWL , ADD TURMERIC, SALT, PEPPER BLEND TOGETHER AND FORM PATTIES. PUT PATTIES IN A SKILLET ON MEDIUM LOW HEAT AND COOK TO HOW YOU PREFER. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND PUT ON PLATE.
  4. 2) SLICE ONION AND TOMATOES. PUT ON PLATE .
  5. 3) BUILD YOUR HAMBURGER IN YOUR LETTUCE WRAPS AND ADD DESIRED TOPPINGS ..
