JBF Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 cups Organic Brussels Sprouts
- 1/4 tsp (ground Pepper)
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 24 servings
- Step 1
- 1. chop all brussel sprouts
- 2. add oil to pan and add chopped brussel sprouts, and all seasonings, saute for 10 to 15 minutes until desired tenderness.
