JBF Chickpea Mash Salad
- 1 stalks (large (11 inches long) Celery)
- 16 oz Chickpeas
- 1 medium Organic Cucumbers
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1/2 medium Organic Avocado
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 3 servings
- Step 1
- Chop the celery.
- Step 2
- Drain the chickpeas and place in a bowl. Mash with a potato masher (or large fork).
- Step 3
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together well.
- Step 4
- Serve as desired and enjoy!
