JBF Chocolate Keto Smoothie
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 fruit (without skin and seed Avocados)
- 1 cucumber (8-1/4″ Cucumber)
- 2 cup Arugula
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 oz Cacao Nibs
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving

- Simply blend until smooth! Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top too if you like!
