- 12 egg Free Range Eggs
- 1 small Green bell pepper
- 1 small raw Red Onion
- 1 tsp Coconut oil

- 1) PUT COCONUT OIL IN MEDIUM SKILLET , CHOP ONIONS AND PEPPERS ADD TO OIL , SAUTE UNTIL ONIONS UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
