JBF Flourless, Sugarless, Dairy-free banana muffins

  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long Banana)
  • 3 medium Egg
  • 100 grams Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrups
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 60 pieces Baking Chips (Sugar Free)
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 12 servings
  2. Step 1
  3. 1) put all ingredient’s in a blinder except the choc chips and blend until creamy.
  4. 2) pour into muffin tin ( make sure it is greased with coconut oil)
  5. 3) add choc chips into each one as much or little as desired
  6. 4) bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min.. till knife comes out clean
  7. 5) let cool for 15 to 30 minutes … remove and enjoy
  8. you can also sub the bananas for a can of organic pumpkin or can of organic sweet potato, i also add walnuts and cinnamon to mine ….play around with it … if you don’t like the texture you can add a couple of tablespoons of buckwheat flour to batter.
