JBF Healing Coconut Turmeric Smoothie
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long Banana)
- 1/3 tbsp Seeds (hemp seed, hulled)
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 50 grams Mango
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving

- 1. add all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth … can add ice if you would like
- 2. serve immediately
