JBF Lemon Energy Balls
- 1 cup (slivered Almonds)
- 12 date (pitted Dates)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 100 grams Lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Coconut
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 32 servings
- Step 1
- 1. add everything but the coconut in to a food processor blend until combined
- 2. roll in to 1 inch balls and roll into shredded coconut
- 3. enjoy !!
