JBF Lemon Energy Balls

  • 1 cup (slivered Almonds)
  • 12 date (pitted Dates)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 100 grams Lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Coconut
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 32 servings
  2. Step 1
  3. 1. add everything but the coconut in to a food processor blend until combined
  4. 2. roll in to 1 inch balls and roll into shredded coconut
  5. 3. enjoy !!
