JBF Maca Superfood Balls
- 1 cup (sliced Almonds)
- 1/2 cup (chopped Dates, deglet noor)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3/8 grams Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Raw Coconut Nectar Low Glycemic Sweetener
- 4 tsp Maca Powder
- 2 cup (shredded Coconut meat)
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 60 servings
- Step 1
- In your food processor add almonds, dates, vanilla, salt, nectar, and maca. Blend until close to dough-like consistency. Add maca. Blend again.
- Step 2
- Add coconut and pulse until fully mixed.
- Step 3
- Add water until dough sticks
- Step 4
- Using a small scoop (like a melon-baller) that is 1-2 inches scoop out balls and place on a plate. Enjoy!
