  • 10 oz Tuna
  • 2 stalk (small (5″ long) Celery)
  • 1 fruit Avocados
  • 2 medium Egg
  • 4 medium (4-1/8″ long Scallions)
  • 2 medium (3-3/4″ long Pickles)
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings

  4. 2. can change tuna out for chicken or salmon …..
  5. 3. eat with organic plantain chips, flourless grain free bread , or cucumber
