JBF MORNING SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 2 cup Arugula
- 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4″ Cucumber)
- 1/2 fruit Avocados
- 6 medium (1-1/4″ dia Strawberries)
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/8 cup shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 2 1/4 level teaspoons Amino-9 Essentials Powder
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 2 servings
- Step 1
- 1) ADD ARUGULA, CUCUMBER, AVOCADO , FROZEN STRAWBERRIES, FROZEN BLUEBERRIES AND SUPPLEMENTS TO A BLINDER. BLEND UNTIL ALL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
- 2) PUT INTO A BOWL AND TOP WITH DESIRED TOPPINGS. ( CAN ALSO USE ANY OTHER FRUITS OR NUTS)
