  • 2 cup Arugula
  • 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4″ Cucumber)
  • 1/2 fruit Avocados
  • 6 medium (1-1/4″ dia Strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/8 cup shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 2 1/4 level teaspoons Amino-9 Essentials Powder
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 2 servings
  2. Step 1
  3. 1) ADD ARUGULA, CUCUMBER, AVOCADO , FROZEN STRAWBERRIES, FROZEN BLUEBERRIES AND SUPPLEMENTS TO A BLINDER. BLEND UNTIL ALL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
  4. 2) PUT INTO A BOWL AND TOP WITH DESIRED TOPPINGS. ( CAN ALSO USE ANY OTHER FRUITS OR NUTS)
