JBF OVERNIGHT OATS
- 1/3 cup Oats
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 100 grams Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Maple syrups
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 2 serving
- Step 1
- 1)IN A JAR OR A BOWL ( A 1 PINT MASON JAR IS PERFECT) COMBINE THE OATS AND CINNAMON, CHIA SEEDS, AND PEANUT BUTTER. ADD A SPLASH OF COCONUT MILK AND MIX THE PEANUT BUTTER IN TO THE OATS. THEN ADD THE REST OF THE MILK AND STIR TO COMBINE.
- 2)TOP WITH BLUEBERRIES ( OR USE AND FRUIT OF YOUR CHOOSING) OR WAIT AND TOP TILL YOU ARE READY TO SERVE .
- 3) PLACE THE LID ON THE JAR AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT, OR UP TO 5 DAYS. WHEN YOUR READY TO SERVE ADD A DRIZZLE OF MAPLE SYRUP OR HONEY IF YOU LIKE OR ADD BEFORE YOU PUT IN FRIDGE.
