JBF Pumpkin Gingerbread Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 fruit (without skin and seed Avocados)
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoons Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 3/16 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving
  2. Step 1
  3. Soak the coconut flakes, almond milk, and chia seeds for at least an hour or overnight. This helps them digest better and it also gives the smoothie a smoother texture.

  5. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired. Enjoy!
