JBF Quiche
- 12 medium Egg
- 1/2 small Onions
- 100 grams Chili
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup (crumbled Feta cheese)
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 1 tsp (whole Cumin)
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings
- Step 1
- 1) saute all veggies in a pan with a little coconut oil till tender, add spices salt and pepper
- 2) after veggies are cooked put them into a small baking dish … spread out evenly
- 3) crack all eggs in a bowl wisk until combined, add over veggies
- 4) crumble up feta cheese and add on top through out
- 5) bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes until it is cooked through
