  • 453 9/16 grams Russet potatoes
  • 1 large Onions
  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 3 stalk (medium (7-1/2″ – 8″ long) Celery)
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 36 servings
  2. Step 1
  3. 1. put roast in crock pot with 1/2 cup filtered water
  4. 2. chop up all veggies to desired size and add in with roast
  5. 3. season with desired seasonings
  6. 4. cook on low for 8 to 10 hours till roast falls apart
