JBF roast beef and veggies
- 32 oz Beef tri-tip roast
- 453 9/16 grams Russet potatoes
- 1 large Onions
- 3 medium Carrots
- 3 stalk (medium (7-1/2″ – 8″ long) Celery)
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 36 servings
- Step 1
- 1. put roast in crock pot with 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2. chop up all veggies to desired size and add in with roast
- 3. season with desired seasonings
- 4. cook on low for 8 to 10 hours till roast falls apart
