JBF SPAGHETTI SQUASH AND SHRIMP
- 3 cup Squash
- 1 small Shrimp
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 fruit (2-1/8″ dia Lemons)
- Directions are based on the original recipe of 16 servings
- Step 1
- 1. cook squash at 400 degrees for about an hour or until fork tinder
- 2. put oil in pan with garlic and red peppper flakes , saute for 2 min and add shrimp …. cook until pink
- 3. turn off heat and add a juice of one lemon . pour over squash and enjoy ,,, can also add chopped asparagus if desired
