JBF SPAGHETTI SQUASH AND SHRIMP

  • 3 cup Squash
  • 1 small Shrimp
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 fruit (2-1/8″ dia Lemons)
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 16 servings
  2. Step 1
  3. 1. cook squash at 400 degrees for about an hour or until fork tinder
  4. 2. put oil in pan with garlic and red peppper flakes , saute for 2 min and add shrimp …. cook until pink
  5. 3. turn off heat and add a juice of one lemon . pour over squash and enjoy ,,, can also add chopped asparagus if desired
