  • 10 sheets Seaweed
  • 6 cup Quinoa
  • 1 cucumber (8-1/4″ Cucumber)
  • 1 cup (sliced Avocados)
  • 1 medium raw Mango
  • 100 grams Jalapeno
  • 100 grams Almond butter
  • 10 small Shrimp
  • 8 oz cooked Crab
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  1. Directions are based on the original recipe of 8 servings
  2. Step 1
  3. 1) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BAMBOO ROLLING MAT …. LAY IT OUT FLAT ADD 1 SHEET OF SEA WEED ON MAT.
  4. 2) LAY 1/2 CUP – 1 CUP OF COOKED, COOLED QUINOA ON TOP OF SEAWEED, FLATTEN AND SPREAD ALL OVER , LEAVE ABOUT 1/2 INCH FROM TOP EMPTY.
  5. 3) PLACE WHAT EVER VEGGIES OR SEAFOOD YOU WANT ACROSS THE BOTTOM OF THE SUSHI IN A THIN LAYER …. START TO ROLL YOUR SUSHI … (WATCH U TUBE VIDEO ON HOW TO ROLL SUSHI WITH MAT IF DO NOT KNOW HOW)
  6. 4) SLICE IN TO 1/2 INCH TO 1 INCH PIECES ….DIP IN SOY SAUCE
  7. 5) EAT WITH JBF EGG DROP SOUP
