JBF Very Green Veggie Protein Smoothie
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 slices 1″ dia Ginger root
- 1/4 cup chopped Celery
- 1/4 cup slices Cucumber
- 1/2 fruit Avocados
- 1/2 cup (chopped Kale)
- 1 cup (chopped Dandelion greens)
